Sleeping
Sleeping during an insomnia night can be simple if you consider the following tips.
Alot of people, including me, have some trouble at the time of getting to sleep. It is called insomnia, and it becomes a problem when you have to wake up early without the sufficient hours of sleep at night.
To fix this problem we should think what kind of things are obstructing it. Now a days stress is the principal reason of all of our sicknesses. Therefore meditation is a good way to get started on our purpose. Yoga, taichi, feng-shui are just some of the practices that can make you get on that desired process of relaxation. On of the things that works on me is listening to music when I'm already on bed preferably calm one, I highly reccomend this one: Yanni- standing in motion (in the minute 3:50)Josh groban, chill out CD, some of the cirque du soleil show... Let your mind free to imagination an soon you'll be dreaming!
Other home remedies well known are drinking warm milk, lemon grass tea, lettuce tea (this last one really works!!, makes you grewel your pillows) my favorite one is the one that contains valeriana... uf nothing better than that. Some people does not have faith on herbs but they really help. There's always a first time to try, isn't it?
Finally, some scientifics say that using your bed for our daily tasks such as homeworks, reading books, tv, playing a guitar, laptop,etc. Will set your mind that this place is for working. So every time you try to conciliate sleep there, unconsciously, your brain its turned on waiting for you to get started.
(* For real, at home when I try to read a book on my bed I get sleep!)
Indeed there are tons of good ways to reach sleep, try whatever you want. Shooting someone or getting drunk haha as long as it works... just joking..! =)
